What does the limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in quality of clean under normal use and conditions during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Lighthouse Property and Window Cleaning will re-apply at no charge, a Softwash of any re-occurring moss, algae, lichen or mold that returns because of inadequate chemicals or application, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Lighthouse property and Window cleaning will return free of charge to apply Softwashing solution and remove recurring problems.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Roof Softwashing purchased from Lighthouse Property and Window Cleaning is 2 Years from the date of Clean on a standard warranty or 5 years on an extended warranty. The subsequent clean assumes the remaining warranty of the original clean.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Warranty can be transferred to a new home owner for the existing term of contract for a fee of £100 payable before transfer.
Hard copy of warranty certificate must be shown (not a photocopy or reprint) as proof of date and validity.
